PG (ELECTRICAL THREAD)
PG (Panzergewinde) is a thread standard used for electrical conduit fittings and cable glands. It originates from Germany and was widely used in Europe before being largely replaced by metric threads. PG threads are characterized by their rounded thread profile, which helps prevent damage to electrical cables.
