The Thürmer Tools Square Cutting Die is a high-quality threading tool designed for cutting threads in steel or stainless steel.
The square die is made from High-Speed Steel (HSS), this die offers excellent durability and wear resistance.
The square die has an advantage compared to round dies. There are only two holders for square dies, where round dies need a holder for each size. Size M3 – M16 all fits in holder for square die No. 1. Size M 18 – M14 fits in holders for square die No. 3.
It features a special ground design that enhances its ability to cut through tough stainless-steel materials efficiently as well as regular steel.
